There will be a trip fee of $75 for small dogs and $100 for large dogs should the service not be able to be performed due to age, health, behavior. Payment will be required upon returning dog to the client.
PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED, meaning as soon as dog is returned to the client or dog is placed back safely in the client's house or yard, PAYMENT ISDUE via preferred payment outlet (Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, Check, Cash) I do not accept Credit Cards or PayPal.
I do not leave matting in a dog's coat, leaving matting in a dog's coat is unhealthy and unethical. If client so chooses to halt service due to this policy, this will be considered a cancellation and the FULL price of the service will be due and required upon returning dog back to client.
If client cancels two consecutive appointments in a row off of yearly sent schedule, the series of client's appointments will be removed and client will be required to schedule one appointment at a time going forward.
If dog has fleas/ticks I will immediately bathe dog in flea/tick shampoo, then charge client accordingly.

With mobile grooming things break, equipment fails, some appointments take longer than expected, sickness happens, traffic impacts drive time.
If at any time dog appears unwell, I will stop service immediately and contact client via phone call.

If at any time I feel unsafe due to dog's behavior, I will stop service immediately and contact client via phone call to remove dog from my possession.
If dog has minor skin infections or wounds, I will treat accordingly and let client know via text.
Cuts, clipper burn, abrasions, quicked nails, cut or irritated skin tags/moles/warts can happen. In the event that this occurs I will treat accordingly and let client know via text, if serious via phone call.
It is the client's responsibility to take the dog to the vet.
In the event of an injury, service will be stopped immediately and client will be contacted via phone call.
